At the same time, they deliver a unique appeal by combining this classic presence with performance powered by Suzuki’s latest technology.

Mono-Round Headlight

Inspired by the headlights of Suzuki motorcycles from the 1960s and 1970s, the GSX-8TT features a flat-bottom mono-round headlight. This headlight delivers bright and highly efficient light distribution.

Handlebar End Mirror

complement the overall styling of the bike, particular attention was given to the finish and feel of the mirror stays. By positioning the mirrors at the bar ends, the design creates a more open and expansive field of view while reducing body interference — enhancing rearward visibility.

Fuel Tank

The GSX-8TT feature a fuel tank designed specifically for these models. It combines elegant shaping with a riding position that offers a high degree of freedom. With a 16.5 L capacity, it also supports long-distance touring.

ELIIY Power Lithium-Ion Battery

Compared to conventional lead-acid batteries, this lithium-ion battery is significantly lighter and more compact. It offers excellent starting performance, along with superior charging efficiency.

Fast-Charging USB Type-C Socket

The GSX-8TT come standard with a USB Type-C socket, which also supports fast charging.

Engine Side Covers (Black Finish)

To match the overall vehicle concept, the GSX-8TT feature engine side covers with a muted black finish that adds a refined, understated appearance.

Stainless Steel Muffler Cover

In line with other exterior components on the GSX-8TT, a stainless steel muffler cover has been adopted to emphasize a high-quality finish, showcasing the authentic motorcycle feel through its metallic and mechanical appearance.

Headlight Cowl for GSX-8TT

The GSX-8TT features a dedicated headlight cowl inspired by mini-faired motorcycles of the late 1970s to early 1980s. Compact in size, it contributes to effective wind protection and reduced wind pressure at high speeds through detailed aerodynamic shaping.

Under Cowl for GSX-8TT

The under cowl is also a GSX-8TT-exclusive design, further highlighting the model’s sporty styling.

Stylish Seat for GSX-8TT

In addition to the headlight cowl and under cowl, the GSX-8TT features a specially designed seat with exclusive stitched upholstery. The seat serves as a styling accent that enhances the bike’s overall appearance. Like the GSX-8T, it ensures comfortable seating and ease of mounting and dismounting, while providing excellent flat-foot reach.

– 776cm3 parallel twin DOHC engine delivers a fine balance of smooth, controllable power from low rpm and the pleasant feeling of free-revving performance through to the high end.

– The 270-degree crankshaft configuration helps maintain a pleasant feeling in common with Suzuki’s V-twin models, such as the SV650.

– Suzuki Cross Balancer, the first primary balancer of its type on a production motorcycle, contributes to smooth operation and a compact, lightweight engine design.

– Cooling system inlet control helps maintain consistent engine temperature and eliminate rough idle while warming the engine in cold weather.

– The electronic throttle bodies help achieve faithful response and a linear feeling to throttle action.

– The 2-into-1 exhaust system features a dual-stage catalytic converter inside the collector that helps satisfy Euro 5 + emissions standards and a striking short design.

– The six-speed transmission realizes smooth shifting and improved controllability.

– Suzuki Clutch Assist System (SCAS) helps reduce fatigue on long rides and contributes to smoother shifting.

– Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS) better supports the rider in matching performance to the conditions of the riding scene, road conditions, or preferred riding style.

Suzuki Traction Control System

Suzuki Traction Control System continuously monitors front and rear wheel speeds, throttle position sensor, crank position sensor and gear position sensor, and quickly reduces engine output when wheel spin is detected. Engine output is controlled by managing ignition timing and air delivery to ensure smoother traction control operation. As a results rider can enjoy long distance riding more comfortable, with less stress and fatigue.

Ride-by-wire Electronic Throttle System

Butterfly valves on the throttle bodies are controlled by an advanced electronic engine management system.

Low RPM Assist

Low RPM Assist uses the ISC mechanism to help raise engine rpm slightly in launching and riding at low speed. This new feature helps smoother operation when pulling away and when riding at slow speeds, this means it’s easier to pull away and easier to control the engine in stop-start traffic.

Suzuki Easy Start System

On a normal motorcycle when starting the engine, the rider needs to press and hold the starter switch until the engine fires up. With the Suzuki Easy Start, all you need to do is one quick push of the starter switch, just like starting a modern car engine. The ECM recognizes the signals and keeps the starter motor working for a specified time.

Bi-Directional Quick Shift System

The system automatically interrupts power delivery just long enough—between 50 and 75 milliseconds, depending upon the sensitivity adjustment—to unload the transmission gear dogs and allow a clean upshift, producing smoother, almost uninterrupted acceleration. For quicker and smoother downshifts without manually blipping the throttle twist grip or using the clutch, the system automatically opens the throttle valves just enough to increase rpm and match engine speed to the next-lower gear ratio.

Suzuki Drive Mode Selector

Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS) system allows the rider to select one of three fuel injection and ignition system maps (2maps in case of GSX-R750/600), adjusting power delivery to suit personal preference in various riding situations, such as different racetracks or tight, twisty roads. The feature helps rider to enjoy the performance in a wider range of riding situations.

Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material

Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material (SCEM) is Suzuki’s own nickel-silicon-carbide coating technique derived from racetrack experience. SCEM cylinders allow faster heat transfer and tighter piston-to-cylinder clearance, for superb durability and resistance to scuffing.

Suzuki Clutch Assist System

Suzuki Clutch Assist System (SCAS) – a back-torque-limiting clutch helps make downshifts smoother, assists the rider in taking control in deceleration. Ramped engagement cams built into the clutch hub decrease force on the clutch plates under deceleration by pushing up against the pressure plate, allowing the plates to slip at a controlled rate.

EURO 5+

Only models with European specifications comply with EURO 5 emission regulations.

Antilock Brake System

An electrically controlled Antilock Brake System (ABS) that produces stable braking force under various road surface conditions. The system helps avoid wheel locking when there is a sudden change in road surface during braking or when an excessive braking force is applied. The system monitors wheel speed, and matches stopping power to available traction. * ABS is not designed to shorten the braking distance. Please always ride at a safe speed for road and weather conditions, including while cornering.

Suzuki Cross Balancer

The first biaxial primary balancer on a production motorcycle to position its two balancers at 90° to the crankshaft*, this patented** mechanism suppresses vibration to contribute to smooth operation, while its design also helps realize a lighter powerplant that is more compact from front to rear.

ELIIY Power Lithium-Ion Battery

The battery offers superior output characteristics, resulting in strong starting performance. Its low self-discharge rate helps maintain reliable starting even during periods of non-use, such as during the rainy season, winter storage, and low-temperature conditions. As this is the first use of a lithium-ion battery on a Suzuki motorcycle, strict internal evaluation standards were established and met. The battery unit was also carefully engineered, with a focus on optimizing the overall design.
