These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website (the “Site”), operated by A. Tricomitis Ltd (registration number 3614) and A. Tricomitis Motors Ltd (registration number 92069), both based in Larnaca, Cyprus. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. About Us
A. Tricomitis Ltd was founded in 1943 in Famagusta and is the exclusive authorised representative of Suzuki Motor Corporation in Cyprus for automobiles and marine outboard engines, as well as the exclusive representative of HINO and TOHATSU.
A. Tricomitis Motors Ltd was founded in 1998 and is the exclusive authorised representative of Suzuki motorcycles, SsangYong, DAF, and NZI helmets in Cyprus.
For the purposes of these Terms, both companies will be jointly referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Knowingly transmit any data or material that contains viruses, trojans, worms, or any other harmful programs
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected systems
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent
- Impersonate the Company, its employees, or any third party
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or any servers or networks connected to the Site
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, photographs, videos, audio, designs, source code, and trademarks — is the property of A. Tricomitis Ltd, A. Tricomitis Motors Ltd, Suzuki Motor Corporation, or the respective rightsholder, and is protected by Cyprus, EU, and international intellectual property laws.
The Suzuki name, the “S” logo, and Suzuki model and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Suzuki Motor Corporation. SsangYong, DAF, NZI, HINO, and TOHATSU are trademarks of their respective owners.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
5. Vehicle Information, Prices, and Specifications
While we make every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, vehicle and product specifications, equipment, colours, and prices are subject to change without notice. Photographs, videos, and 360-degree views are for illustration purposes only and may show optional equipment or features not available in the Cyprus market.
Prices listed on the Site do not include road tax, registration, transport, preparation, or other charges unless explicitly stated. Final prices and offers are confirmed at the point of order.

6. Orders, Contracts, and Warranty
No information on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell. Vehicle and product orders are subject to a separate written sales agreement signed at one of our showrooms.
All new Suzuki vehicles and outboard engines are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as published by Suzuki Motor Corporation, subject to the warranty conditions and the maintenance schedule set out in the owner’s manual.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Suzuki Motor Corporation, finance providers, or social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those external sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
8. User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the Site (for example, through a contact form, comment, or review), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with our business.
